Found the old radio mixer in the cellar, something from the '70s. Decided to test it with the microphones left over from my journalistic days. Two directional mics, only good for interviewing.
1 2 3 … He started playing …
That evening at sunset, there was nothing left to say, only to recall the drifting images of our day in Tehran, Tajrish Square. It became an improvisation of words, a test of mind and mic. The mic, too old to be used again. The mind, rajazzing through the memory. The result needed another layer of sound, recorded later, in the stairway. The mixdown became our “Tajrish Rajazz.”
